NYC, 2005 - Style Sessions, a collaboration of 110 artists' work on unfinished skateboards sold via silent auction to raise money for Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC).
The Opening Night Reception and Silent Auction at Milk Gallery hosted 1,100+ guests, and raised over $25,000 for B4BC.
Artists included Art Brewer, Stacey Peralta, Wynn Miller, Julian Schnabel, William Wegman, Danny Clinch, Robin Williams, Shaquille O’Neal, William Quigley, Stacey Peralta, Hazel Dooney, Andy Dick, Kevin Ancell, and 100 others.
A board by artist William Quigley and Shaquille O’Neal pulled $1,200, and a longboard by Julian Schnabel fetched a sweet $12K.
